About Us

Our luxury accommodation is a beautifully furnished and very well equipped house which sleeps 8. Located at the North end of Aviemore in a quiet cul-de-sac. This house is finished to a very high standard and is perfect whatever your needs while you are on holiday with family or friends - free Wifi. All prices include linen/electricity and towels

This a beautiful modern fully equipped house in Aviemore perfect for a relaxing or action-packed break at any time of year.

The house is located in the exclusive High Burnside area of Aviemore. A quiet cul – de – sac set within the Craigellachie nature reserve. The rear garden is fully enclosed.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house can sleep eight people comfortably. With the option of accommodating two further children by provision of a single sofa bed in the living room and a travel cot. Bennachie is equipped to the highest standard. The open plan kitchen/dining room looks out onto woodland at the rear of the garden as do the French doors from the living room.

Aviemore is a fantastic base to explore the highlands with so much on offer – wonderful wildlife, biking, walking, golfing, skiing, sailing, fishing, shooting, horse riding and sightseeing. Only 2 hours 20 minutes drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow or 30 minutes from Inverness. Aviemore is also served by a mainline railway station.

A 15 to 20-minute walk will take you to the centre of Aviemore using the famous Aviemore Orbital path. Excellent shopping, bars and restaurants can be found and cater for all.

For the occasional rainy day, there is an ample supply of books, board games and DVDs in the house.

Check In and Deposits

BOOKING INFORMATION Your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a Deposit Payment of the agreed amount at the initial time of booking which forms part of your rental charge. IF NO DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BOOKING WE WILL CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT NOTIFICATION PAYMENT - A non refundable deposit of between £100 - £1000 (depending on property) is payable immediately to secure the booking with the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Last minute bookings will be paid in full at the time of booking. For Christmas and New Year a non refundable deposit of 50% is required. If the property allows dogs there will be a £20 charge per dog (pets are by request) CANCELLATION - In the event of cancellation the deposit is non refundable and the following scale of charges will apply:- 0 - 2 weeks = we keep 100% 2 - 4 weeks = we keep 60% 4 - 6 weeks = we keep 50% 6 - 8 weeks = we keep 40% over 8 weeks deposit only retained All cancellations must be notified in writing by the guest and received by Appin Properties before the cancellation charges are confirmed. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. APPIN PROPERTIES CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATION CAUSED BY ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS OR THE BREAKDOWN OR CANCELLATION OF ANY FORM OF TRANSPORT

Walking Aviemore and the surrounding areas provides you with all grades of hiking treks suitable for all types of walking enthusiasts.

Aviemore, Rothiemurchus this is one of the finest areas of Scotland for easier, lower level forest walks with an abundance of wildlife - a stronghold for the Red Squirrel too. With cafes in abundance in the area what better way to end your walk with a hot coffee and cake that welcomes your dog too! If you're a regular to this area you will know exactly what we mean - if you've never been before you will be back once you have been once!
