About Us

La "Siesta" III, is located in one of the more idyllic areas of Calahonda and as the name would indicate, it's a relaxing quiet location suitable for most couples and small families looking for a great holiday on the Spanish coast.

The apartment is in a small development containing 24 Spanish styled apartments. This property is furnished to a very good standard of which we continue to reinvest each year. From March 2017, full new aircon installed throughout.

The apartment is fairly priced and offers great value. When booking you can choose a number of ways to pay, by either: bank transfer, PayPal or Credit or Debit Card directly with ourselves. Please contact us for more information.

The property benefits from WiFi, British/Irish/Spanish /catch up tv, so you won't miss out on your favourite programmes should you wish.

Great sized balcony with lounge and dining furniture to enjoy the outdoors all day long, no matter the time of year.

The gardens and pool are well maintained being tended to twice a week and give way to safe and relaxed surroundings in this gated community. There are many sunbeds available around the pool of which is never crowded or noisy. WIFI is also available in the gardens and around the pool.

A children's play park is literally two mins walk from the apartment without the need to even cross the main road.

Within walking distance to the superb La Luna & Royal beach's, supermarkets(4) shops, newsagents, restaurants and banks.

Close by are bus stops which take you east and west along the coast and are very inexpensive and run every thirty minutes.

The range of restaurants in the Calahonda area is fantastic. All serving the very best of food of which we can personally recommend many.

Cabopino beach and marina is a great place to visit for walks, bars and restaurants and has a great atmosphere. The pristine "Andy's" beach is next to Cabopino which was made famous by the BBC tv programme Eldorado in the 90s.

Take a walk, jog, run along the new coastal boardwalk from Luna Beach to La Cala (few breaks along the way) where you will find many friendly eating and drinking outlets along the way.

There are a few local gyms that will allow one day use for around €5/6 and are located at Club Del Sol and the McDonald Resort "Dona Lola". The area also has a number of very good golf courses that can be reached by car or taxi, including the local course La Siesta.

This is the ideal apartment to spend a long or short break as a couple, a family or a solo. Calahonda and the surrounding area has an abundance of things to do and see and this apartment is in the heart of it all.

We have fitted the apartment out with all that you would need for your holiday and more. Newly installed (March 2017) climate control will keep you cool in the summer and warm on winter nights.

The apartment has recently been decorated from top to bottom with the addition of new furniture giving you that fresh clean feeling that you want on your long awaited holiday.

Everything is on your doorstep in Calahonda, restaurants, bar, shopping, beaches, even skiing in the beautiful Sierra Nevada.

Getting to the apartment could not be easier. Just 25 mins by car from Malaga airport. Car Hire can be quite inexpensive through Auto Europe. There are inexpensive taxi/transfer firms we can refer you to once you have booked who offer deals throughout the year.

If your looking for an active/sporty break, there are more golf courses on the Costa Del Sol than any other part of Europe and most are within a few miles of Calahonda. Nature walks, horse riding and quad biking is available in the surrounding area and hills.

Policies

Guests are able to check in from 16.00 on their day of arrival and must check out on or before 11.00 on the day of departure. On occasion, it may be possible for you to stay a little longer on the day of checkout but is not guaranteed. Please ask when booking.

Check In and Deposits

-If you are forced to cancel the holiday booking due to unforeseen circumstances you must inform us of any cancellation immediately in writing by recorded delivery or by email. -Cancellation Scale: Bookings cancelled 60 days or more before your check-in date will receive 100% refund. -Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days will receive 0% refund.

The apartment is in a great location for your dog with great walks and trails. There is even a dog park with dog activities within in 10/15 minutes walk.

We have a maximum of two dogs allowed in the apartment and are charged at £10 per dog per stay.

Your dog will enjoy the cool shaded areas of this apartment during the hot summer months. Although there are communal gardens in this urbanisation, dogs are prohibited from using them.

We have a range of doggy items in the apartment for your dogs use, to save you carrying with you, should you want to use them. Such as, dog bowls, poo bags, dog towels.

Dogs are not allowed to be left in the apartment on their own.
